  • 10 Autonomous Agent Registration Process Flows

    1. Prospective agents submit the full address of the agent's location to the branch

    2. The branch checks the location data for the distribution of autonomous agents that already exist in the sub-district of the prospective agent

    3. If you pass the location data check, the survey team will schedule a site survey for the prospective agent which includes:

    - Operational support by branch

    - Location of the prospective agent's office

    - Access to the agent's location

    - Potential market location of prospective agents

    - Interview with prospective agents

    4. After passing the survey, the prospective agent receives the registration form and requirements as well as PKS to study

    5. If the prospective agent agrees to the terms and conditions as well as the PKS, then the prospective agent completes the data in the form and completes the registration requirements

    6. The team will verify the incoming data. If it is complete, an autonomous agent user id will be created

    7. Prospective agents prepare agent offices according to registration requirements according to agreed standards

    8. Training for owner/person in charge of the Autonomous Agency and prospective officer

    - Front Line Training for 1 (one) day

    - Field Work Practice (On Job Training) at the designated Branch Office with a mentoring process for 2 (two) days

    9. The team handed the user id to the autonomous agent

    10. Autonomous agents are ready to open and can deliver goods

  • ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS (GENERAL) :

    1. Fill out the Autonomous Agent Registration Form (AORF) registration form

    2. 1 (one) copy of Identity Card (KTP)

    3. 1 (one) passport photo with a red background, measuring 4x6.

    4. Prospective agents are exempt from registration fees or FREE

    5. Attach a photocopy of the lease agreement, as well as a Certificate of Ownership (SHM) or a Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) if it is privately owned

    6. Have a Certificate of Business Domicile (SKDU) in a photocopy of 1 (one) sheet.

    7. Have a Distraction Permit/HO (Hinderordonnantie)

    8. Attach a copy of proof of payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) for the last year

    9. Attach a photo and a layout plan of the prospective business location, with two provisions including, external view (4 sides taken from the front, left, right and road direction). Then, look inside (4 sides take the left and right sides facing inside and outside)

    ADMINISTRATIVE TERMS (SPECIAL) :

    1. Individual requirements include, photocopy of Identity Card (KTP); 1 (one) sheet, photocopy of personal Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP); 1 (one) sheet

    2. Requirements for a Legal Entity include;

    a. Photocopy of Deed of Establishment (if any) in 1 (one) copy

    b. Photocopy of ID card of Director/Company Person in Charge

    c. Photocopy of Trade Business License (SIUP), valid Company Registration Certificate (TDP)

    d. Photocopy of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), Valid Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (PKP), Company Domicile Certificate (SKDP) which is still valid

    TERMS & LOCATION :

    1. Make sure the minimum distance is 1 kilometer radius

    2. Then, in the same 1 (one) office building or shop, it is not allowed to have more than 1 (one) autonomous agent with different ownership.

    3. Minimum room size 3x3 meters or 9 m2 area

    4. The building is a permanent/temporary kiosk, has tiled floors and has an air conditioning/AC unit (if desired)

    5. Easily accessible by four-wheeled vehicles and has sufficient parking space

    6. Minimum power grid of 900 watts

    WORK EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS :

    1. Internet Service Provider (ISP) network of at least 10 Mbps

    2. Computer 2 (two) units or more with the provisions,

    2.1. Customer Service Computer, 1 (one) unit or more,

    2.1.a. Processor Core i3

    2.1.b. Memory 4GB

    2.1.c. 500GB Hard Drive

    2.1.d. Windows 7 (64 bit) genuine Microsoft licensed

    2.2. Network,

    2.2.a. Router or HUB

    2.2.b. Network cable

    3. Then, Laser Jet printers and label printers

    4. Adequate scale :

    4.1.a.Analog or digital floor scales with a capacity of 100 kilograms

    4.2.b. Certification Recalibration (calibration) by the relevant agency at least once a year

    5. Plastic sorting basket size P.68 x W.48 x H.40 (cm) at least 4 (four) pieces of blue color.

    6. It is recommended to provide a Trolley
