To make your sales more popular and get more buyers, Bukalapak is again presenting another delivery service at an economical price. This time Bukalapak is collaborating with Indah Logistik or Indah Cargo. Surely as a seller you are already familiar with this delivery service.

This service is available on Bukalapak starting on October 1 2020. So, you can immediately activate the Indah Logistik service so that more buyers will shop at your stall. Come on, activate it now!

General Terms and Conditions 

Before activating the Indah Logistik service on your site, first read the following terms and conditions:

1. Indah Logistik's delivery service at Bukalapak is temporarily available for sellers in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi).

2. The type of delivery service available is Indah Logistik REG with an estimated delivery time of 3 days.

3. Indah Logistik's delivery service can be used on desktop web, mobile web and the Bukalapak application.

4. Pelapak does not need to pay shipping costs to the courier/driver Indah Logistik (cashless) because the Bukalapak system will pay shipping costs to Indah Logistik automatically.

5. There are two delivery method options for Pelapak, namely:

a) Pickup (courier/driver Indah Logistics will pick up the goods to Pelapak's place)

b) Drop off (Pelapak can come to the nearest Indah Logistik agent/courier office)

6. For the Pickup method, the seller's time to order the Indah Logistik courier is every day at 10.00 - 16.00. Courier orders outside the specified time will be picked up the next day or processed according to the Indah Logistik courier order time provisions.

7. For the Drop off method, travelers can go to the nearest Indah Logistik courier agent/office in the Jabodetabek area at the address following.

How to Activate Indah Logistics

Now, after understanding the terms and conditions for sending goods via Indah Logistik, you can activate this service at your shop with the following steps:

Web Desktop Version

1. Login to your Bukalapak account.

2. Click the My Shop icon, then click Account Settings.

3. Click the Shipping tab.

4. Click the Domestic Delivery option.

5. In the delivery service options, click the check mark on the Indah Logistik REG option to activate the Indah Logistik service at your stall.

6. Click Save

Bulakapak Application Version

1. Open the application then log in to your Bukalapak account.

2. Click the Account menu in the bottom right corner.

3. Click the Seller tab.

4. In the Site Settings section, please select the Delivery Services menu.

5. Click the check mark on the Indah Logistik REG option to activate the Indah Logistik service at your stall.

6. Click Save
